In fact, I have gotten quite a few followers that often leave me fan mail saying they’re only following me because of my avatar; which is really annoying because I do like to change my avatar sometimes, and it does disturb me that the only reason some people follow me is just because of a picture of a kitty holding a rifle versus being a fan of my writing.
